JV had his first “real” sale.

JV is a member of the North Charleston Artist’s Guild and is selling at their annual $5 to $50 Gift Mart.  He has been working hard to make his bags in time.  (So I’ve been busy, too.)

He biked up to the store front where the sale was located while I followed along in the car.  He set-up like a pro and accommodated the various unknowns well.  The sale began at 11:00 and ended day 1 at 3:00.   There were tons of people and he worked out his sales pitch and pitched and pitched and pitched.  He paid for his space today and almost paid for his material.  Tomorrow will be “profit” – that is if you don’t count his labor.
