Vice Trips – Opera and Primitive Living and Shuttle Launches

Vice Camp is taking it on the road this spring.

Bob Jones’ Concert, Opera, and Drama series this year is producing Faust as their opera.  Last year we went to see Samson an Deliah and in Charleston went to the one act College of Charleston performance of Gianni Schicchi.  We found that we enjoyed opera immensely.  Faust is one of those stories that you need to know and such a great study of rhetoric.

The College of Charleston is a NASA hub and has the ability to get tickets for people who ask.  Ms. J asked!  Yes! It is THE LAST SHUTTLE LAUNCH.  No we don’t have the date nailed down.  NASA is still trying to launch the one scheduled for November.  This trip will be late in April.

Rivercane here we come.  We had such a great time last year that we want to go again.  We’re a little nervous about the date and the launch.  But hey. Live dangerously.
